We’re a company founded by students, driven by a clear mission: to tackle the most pressing challenges students face every day.
Like many of our peers, we often struggled to access the personalised support and one-to-one guidance we needed throughout our studies. We saw friends and classmates encounter the same roadblocks: slow, inconsistent, or unavailable help that made academic life harder than it had to be.
That lived experience inspired us to build something better. While still studying, we founded Plato. A platform designed to deliver the contextualised, personalised support we wished we had. A tool created from the ground up with students in mind - by students who truly understood the gaps.
Today, Plato provides students with instant, on-demand support tailored to their specific modules and courses. At the same time, we equip institutions and academic staff with powerful insights and analytics into cohort engagement and common areas of confusion — enabling proactive interventions and improving teaching content. Our goal is to save time for educators while enhancing outcomes for students. And we’re just getting started.
We’re continuing to expand Plato’s capabilities with even more features designed to empower both students and educators - creating a smarter, more supportive academic environment for all.
